These are all either my original recipes or ones that I have adapted from others that I have found. The latter are all drastically changed from their inspiring recipes. They are mine.
Also, I always use fresh herbs from my garden in these recipes. I highly recommend that if you are unable to have such a garden that you invest in an Aerogarden . You can get a good deal on ebay if you bide your time, o/w I think they run around $80.
I have no affiliation with this product. I am simply a convert. I started cooking with fresh herbs and now I can’t go back. Dried herbs now taste bland at their best or bitter at their worst. Do what you will, but in my humble opinion you are cheating your palate.
